Grundlegende Arbeiten zum Herstellen

 Nach dem auspacken der Vinylteile werden diese erst mal gründlich gesäubert. Das geht am besten mit speziellem Reinigungsmittel und danach mit Spülmittel um die Teile zu entfetten.

Die Nasengänge werden gebohrt und geformt Danach wird mit Pro Skulpt, oder einer entsprechenden Modelliermasse die innere Nase geformt. Die Augenhöhlen werden geöffnet.

Malen wird angefangen mit der Grundierung der Teile. Nachdem diese getrocknet ist, wird die eigentliche Farbe aufgetragen. Welche Farben, wie miteinander gemischt werden hängt vom Geschmack ab, ein paar grundlegende Handgriffe lernt man schnell, und bald sehen die Teile wie echte Haut aus.

Nun kann man sich den Haaren widmen. Mit der Rooting Technik werden die Haare mit dem Falltingnadel quasi eingepflanzt. Auch Wimpern werden manchmal gerootet, je nachdem ob die Augen offen oder geschlossen sind. Wenn genug Haare auf dem Kopf sind, wird er von innen mit Kleber versiegelt. Es werden jetzt die passenden Glasaugen eingesetzt. Bei Schnuller Babys wird der eine Magnet auf der Innenseite des Mundes, der andere an der Außenseite aneinander gehalten, bis sie auf passender Höhe sind.Wenn das alles schon den richtigen Platz und Position hat, werden die Teile mit Heißkleber versigelt  und festgehalten.

Nun wird es Zeit sich mit dem Körper zu beschäftigen. Fast jeder Bausatz hat andere Bedürfnisse, was Gelenkgröße, Länge  der Arme und Beine, Füllmaterial und  menge angeht. Man sollte schon vorher genau darauf achten, dass die Proportionen alle zueinander passen. Gefüllt mit Silikon, Watte und anderen Materialien hat das Baby dann schon ein sehr realistisches Aussehen und Gewicht. Nun kann es endlich an- und umgezogen und frisiert werden, und all diese anderen Sachen die Spaß machen. Es kann nun endlich  gemessen, gewogen und auf seinen Namen getauft werden.

 Po rozpakowaniu należy części dobrze wymyć. Najlepiej specjalnym płynem przeznaczonym do tego, po czym należy odtłuścić np. Płynem do mycia naczyń.

Dziurki w nosie powinny być nawiercone i wnętrze nosa za pomocą masy plastycznej. Mjejsca na oczy należy od wewnątrz otworzyć.

Malowanie rozpoczynamy przez zagruntowanie powierzchni vinylu. Po wyschnięciu nanosimy właściwa farbę. Jaki kolor i jak wymieszane są farby zależy od gustu smaku osoby malującej. Kilka potrzebnch technik malowania można się szybko nauczyć i wówczas  powierznie części nabiorą wyglądu prawdziwej skóry.

Teraz można poświęcić czas na nakłuwanie  włosów tzw.rooting. Przy pomcy specjalnych igieł wciągamy włosy pojedyńczo, po dwa lub trzy. Gdy laka ma zamknięte oczy można równierz rzęsy nakłuć. Jeżeli główka ma już odpowiednią ilość włosów powinny być one od środka zabezpieczone klejem.Teraz możemy obsadzić oczy. Gdy chcemy mieć baby ze smoczkiem powinniśmy już teraz pomyśleć aby zamocować magnes od wewnątrz przy ustach. Od zewnątrz drugim magnesem ustala się pozycję smoczka. Gdy wszystko ma już odpowidnie miejsce zabezpieczamy wszystkie te elementy klejem topliwym.

Teraz zajmiemy sią korpusem. Prawie każdy model lalki ma swoje potrzeby, dotyczy to wielkości korpusu, długości rąk czy nóg, ilości i rodzaju wypełnienia.Należy już wcześniej zwrócić uwagę czy proporcje pasują.Wypełnienie korpusu nadaje odpowiednią miękkość i ciężar, porównywalne do prawdziwego niemowlęcia. Teraz możemy zająć się ubraniem uczesaniem i innymi rzeczami zdobiącymi nasze baby. Możemy je zmierzyć, zważyć i nadać imię.

For babies with pacifiers one magnet is on the inside of the mouth, the other kept on the outside, each until they are at matching in height.

If they fit well, they can be glued, the inner magnet on the vinyl, and the outher magnet with the pacifier.

Now we can devote ourselves to the hair. With the Rootingtecnologie the hair is planted in small groups onto the skin. Also lashes are sometimes rooted, depending on whether the eyes are open or closed. If  there is enough hair on the head, it is sealed from inside with adhesive, and the head can be make a hairstyle.

Now it is time to deal with the body too.

Almost every kit has different needs, what size of the joints, length of the arms and legs, and filler material and quantity terms. You should be careful in advance exactly that fit the proportions of all to each other. Filled with silicone, cotton or other material, the baby will have a very realistic feeling and weight.
